1. Who is this retreat for? This retreat is designed for all couples—whether you're dating, engaged, or married—who want to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and learn tools to navigate conflict with more ease. 2. Do we have to be struggling in our relationship to attend? Not at all! This retreat is beneficial for both couples facing challenges and those who want to deepen their bond and learn proactive strategies for a healthy relationship. 3. My partner is hesitant. How do I know this is for us? This retreat is designed to be practical, evidence-based, and engaging—not just a deep emotional dive. If your partner values clear communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills, they’ll walk away with concrete strategies to improve their life and relationship. Plus, the retreat is structured, not a "therapy session," so it feels productive rather than intimidating. A 30 min. consultation call with Keilani can also be scheduled upon request. 4. What is Kanna, and is it required? Kanna is a legal psychoactive plant that can promote relaxation, emotional openness, and mental clarity. It’s completely optional, and those who prefer not to use it will still gain full benefits from the retreat. 5. What will the day look like? The retreat runs from 9 AM - 3 PM and includes: - Learning tools to help communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution. - Breath work & mindfulness exercises to regulate stress and strengthen connection. - Guided discussions & partner activities for practical application. - Breaks & reflection time to process insights together. - A workbook with exercises and tools to take home. - A lunch break will be provided but it is encouraged to stay at the building. Bringing lunch or ordering in is advised. 6. Do we need to share personal details with other couples? No! You can decide what you do and don't want to share. While there are optional discussions, you’ll never be forced to share anything personal. 7. Is this religious or faith-based? No, this retreat is based on scientific relationship research, psychology, and holistic mental wellness. It is open to all belief systems. 8. How many couples will be there? This retreat is limited to 5-6 couplesto keep the experience personal, interactive, and valuable. 9. What should we bring? Just yourselves! All materials, including a workbook, will be provided.
